Kolkha Saperavi (dry wine)
Tavankari Saperavi (dry wine)
Peradze Saperavi (dry wine)
Of which the Tavankari Saperavi is a Qvevri wine, made according to the 8000 year old traditional method.
The following white wines are included in this wine tasting package:
Kolkha Mtsvane (dry wine)
Wine & Co Rkatsiteli (dry wine)
Vinoterra Kisi (dry wine)
Of which the Vinoterra Kisi is a Qvevri wine. Due to the prolonged (up to 6 months) contact with the skin of the grape, the wine takes on an amber color. The color and taste is beautiful and a real experience! The Wine & Co Rkatsiteli has also had some skin contact but on a European method (traditional vinification) and only for 10 days. As a result, this wine also has a bit more color and taste.
