Delivery

We use a special bottle postal service offered by TNT post. This service is called “Flespakket” (translated from dutch: “BottlePack”) and is specially designed for online ordering and delivery of beverages in fragile bottles.
FlesPakket works with special packaging on which they guarantee that the wines will be delivered undamaged. If a bottle is delivered damaged, we will take care of sending a replacement bottle and FlesPakket will refund us (we will need some proofs such as a picture of the damaged bottle and packaging). You as a customer will experience the least possible inconvenience, and that’s most important.
With FlesPakket we can deliver orders from one bottle to an unlimited number.

Delivery charges

Orders within the city of Houten (NL)  are always delivered without delivery costs. When filling in the address details, the form is automatically updated and the delivery costs are canceled.
If you want to pick up your order, this is also possible. At the checkout page, an instruction show how you can fill in the form to get no delivery costs calculated.
By default we use delivery costs below a number of bottles or amount spent, this varies per country. In the overview below you will find the conditions for free delivery:
Netherlands: € 7.50 or free delivery from 6 bottles or a minimum spending of € 75, –
Belgium: € 13.50 or free delivery starting from 6 bottles and a minimum spending of € 90, –
Germany: € 13.50 or free delivery starting from 6 bottles and a minimum spending of € 90, –
Luxembourg: € 15.50 or free delivery starting from 6 bottles and a minimum spending of € 100, –
Denmark: € 17.95 or free delivery starting from 6 bottles and a minimum spending of € 135, –
United Kingdom (UK): € 18.95 or free delivery starting from 6 bottles and a minimum spending of € 145, –
