Depending on the country to which we ship and the order amount, we offer free shipping.

Delivery within the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg usually takes a maximum of 3 working days.

Germany, Denmark, the UK, Italy, Spain and Portugal can take up to 10 business days, depending on the delivery location.

All data between our website and your computer is encrypted and secured with an SSL certificate.

When you make a payment, you will be forwarded to our payment provider Mollie (which also uses secure data traffic) or directly to your own bank / payment provider.

Once you place your order, you can expect the following steps:

  • You will receive an email confirmation with the digital receipt
  • We will process your order, package the wine and present it to the postal service
  • You will receive an email with the track & trace code and where you can track the package status
  • As soon as we receive confirmation that the package has been delivered, we will update its status
  • You will receive an email confirmation that the order status has changed to completed
