What are the delivery costs?

Per country the delivery costs vary. These are the countries we ship to and the default prices (inc. VAT):

– Belgium, € 12,95
– Germany, € 12,95
– Luxembourg, € 13,95
– Denmark, € 15,45
– United Kingdom, € 15,95

Depending on the country to ship to and the order amount, we offer free shipping.

When are the delivery costs for free?

These are the countries we ship to and the minimum order amount to receive free shipping (inc. VAT):

– The Netherlands, € 50,-
– Belgium, € 100,-
– Germany, € 100,-
– Luxembourg, € 110,-
– Denmark, € 120,-
– United Kingdom, € 125,-

How long will delivery take?

Delivery within The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg will usually take up to 3 business days.

Germany, Denmark, and the UK may take up to 10 business days depending on the location of residence.

When you make a payment, you will be directed to either our payment provider Mollie (which also handles secure traffic) or directly to your own bank/payment provider.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you place your order, you can expect the following steps:

  • You will receive an e-mail confirmation with the digital receipt
  • We will process your order, package the wine and present it to the postal service
  • You will receive an e-mail with the track&trace code and where to follow the package status
  • Once we get confirmation that the package is delivered, we update the order to finished
  • You will get an e-mail confirmation that the order status has changed to finished

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

We only supply a digital invoice per e-mail. The invoice is in PDF format for which a PDF reader is required (Acrobat PDF reader can be downloaded for free here).
