Wine & Co Rkatsiteli Amber 2018

We do not call many of our wines orange wines (we usually refer to them as amber wines) – but this is a real orange wine: a white Rkatsiteli grape, with skin contact. But  made using traditional vinification (fermentation in stainless steel barrels).

The winemaker of Wine & Co has brought out the beautiful character of the Rkatsiteli with this method: already very aromatic in the nose and the papillae are delighted with flavors of peach, apricot and almond. The color is by itself can be enjoyed because of its beautiful golden complexion.

This wine combines well with goat cheese (salad), roasted vegetables or a delicious white fish accompanied by a powerful sauce.
