This beautiful Vinoterra Kisi wine is made from the same name dry white grape, a very old grape variety from the Georgian vineyards of Kakheti. The wine is produced using a traditional Kakheti method, which means that fermenting the grapes for 6 months in a Qvevri takes place without the addition of yeast. The wine can not be typified by the method as a usual white wine, the color is more amber. This wine is bottled without filtration.
