Sopho’s is a new commercial winery started in 2019 by a NL / GE couple.
This dry rosé wine is made from 100% Tavkveri grapes and has a deep pink pomegranate color. This delicious wine shows a romantic bouquet of wildflowers. And with aromas of raspberry, blueberry, and blackberry, it also has a nice depth. Additionally, the acidity is well balanced with the aromas, and it has a long finish.
This beautiful rosé pairs well with spicy cheeses, pastas, and nuts.
