The Peradze Saperavi is made from the fantastic saperavi grape of the same name. It’s a dry red wine that has been produced using traditional vinification and has been in oak barrels for 9 months.
The vines of the Peradze vineyard are located at 800 meters above sea level in kindzmarauli micro-zone, in the Kakheti region. The kindzmarauli micro-zone is usually famous for its semi-sweet wines. But Irakli Peradze made a fantastic dry wine from these high-quality Saperavi grapes.
The wine combines well with grilled meat or even wild game. But the combination with a nice strong-cheese platter is also a recipe for success!
