Sopho’s winery Rkatsiteli Qvevri

Dry amber wine made from 100% Rkatsiteli grapes. Completely traditionally produced in qvevri with 100% skin contact for 203 days. Caramel and menthol aromas combined with apricot, quince and dried fruit notes and well-balanced tannin.

Delicious with a (goat cheese) salad or a dish with (walnut) nuts!
