This beautiful Ethno Khikhi-kakhuri mtsvane Bio wine was made with co-fermentation of two indigenous grape varieties of the similarly named, Kakhuri Mtsvane and Khikvi. 10 days of maceration with the skin of the grapes has had a very positive effect on the color, structure and taste of the wine.
The wine has a deep straw yellow color. A complex nose with remarkable minerality and spiciness, followed by ripe green apple and pear with a hint of quince.
This is a medium to full bodied wine with texture and character. Medium+ acidity and high minerality add the refreshing atmosphere to the deep round velvety texture, followed by a warm and memorable finish.
The wine pairs perfectly with seafood, fish, poultry and hard cheeses.
Serving temperature: 14 – 16 ° C
The wine tastes even better after decanting.
