Vinoterra Saperavi is a dry red wine made from the Saperavi grape which grow on vines over 50 years old on the vineyards in Kakheti of the company Vinoterra.
The wine is produced on the traditional Georgian method of Kakheti which means that the fermentation of the grapes takes place in a Qvevri for the 21-day period. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for an additional period of 12 months.
