Sopho’s is a new commercial winery started in 2019 by a NL / GE couple.
This dry rosé wine is made from 100% Tavkveri grapes and has a deep pink pomegranate color. This delicious wine shows a romantic bouquet of wild flowers. And with aromas of raspberry, blueberry and blackberry aromas, she also has a nice depth. In addition, the acidity is in good balance with the aromas and it has a long finish.
This beautiful rosé goes well with spicy cheeses, pastas and nuts.
