Sopho’s is a new commercial winery started in 2019 by a NL / GE couple.
This white dry wine is made from 80% Rkatsiteli and 20% Mtsvane grapes. This gives a combination of floral aromas, citrus/pear/apricot notes with a white peach/green apple flavor.
Very accessible wine. Delicious with fish dishes, salads, nuts and pastas, but also delicious without food.
