Labara Tsitska is a light qvevri wine from the West Georgian region of Imereti, made from 100% Tsitska – an indigenous grape known for its fresh acidity, floral aromas, and subtle structure.
The wine is fermented in embedded qvevris with a short skin contact, giving the wine a light amber color and creating an elegant balance between freshness, soft grip, and minerality. Winery Labara focuses on small batches, natural vinification, and accessible qvevri wines that let the terroir and grape speak.
### Tasting Profile of Labara Tsitska
The wine has a pale golden to light amber hue. On the nose, you find green apple, citrus, white blossom, and a hint of spiciness.
The taste is dry, fresh, and lightly structured, with soft tannins, lively acidity, and a mineral, pure finish. A wine that combines tension and elegance – clear and refined.
