100% Susumaniello. The grapes are gently destemmed and develop further under controlled temperature for 8 – 10 days. The wine is then stored in stainless steel tanks before aging in oak barrels.
Ruby red color with blue reflections, intense and fruity aromas with hints of red fruit, jam, and spices.
Pairs well with rich and flavorful dishes, meat dishes in general, and hard cheeses.
