Winiveria Saperavi 2022

The Winery Winiveria combines the traditional Qvevri method with the current European method in this Winiveria Saperavi, where ripening takes place in oak barrels. The result is a fantastic wine, in which both the strength and flavor of the Saperavi grape develop well during fermentation in the Qvevri, but the tannins are also softened as the wine rests for 12 months in oak.
