Winery Zodi’s Tsitska White Dry comes from Qveda Saqara in the Zestafoni district, a historic home of the Tsitska grape. The wine is made in the Imeretian qvevri tradition, with 5–10% skin contact for about one month.
Bottled unfiltered, it delivers a pure and lively expression of this classic western Georgian variety.
Flavor Profile
The wine shows a pale gold color with bright reflections. Aromas of white fruits, lemon and lime are complemented by a fresh hint of green apple.
On the palate it is crisp, clean and harmonious, offering lively acidity, subtle minerality and a refreshing, precise finish.
Serving Advice
Serve chilled at 8–10 °C to bring out the citrus-driven aromatics and energetic structure.
