Stemmari Nero D’Avola IGT

This beautiful wine is made from 100% Nero d’Avola grapes, which have achieved perfect aromatic ripeness. Malolactic fermentation takes place with selected bacteria, followed by a maturation period of 6 months in French barrels.

Deep ruby red color with pleasant violet reflections. The bouquet is intense, with notes of berries, wild strawberries, and pomegranate. The taste is soft and velvety.

This wine pairs perfectly with risotto, red meat, lamb, and savory cheeses.
