This beautiful wine is made from 100% Nero d’Avola grapes, which have achieved perfect aromatic ripeness. Malolactic fermentation takes place with selected bacteria, followed by a maturation period of 6 months in French barrels.
Deep ruby red color with pleasant violet reflections. The bouquet is intense, with notes of berries, wild strawberries, and pomegranate. The taste is soft and velvety.
