Sopho’s winery The Happymaker

Dry (light) red wine made from 100% Saperavi grapes. Produced as a rosé wine, without skin contact. But because of the teinturier grape (red flesh), it is better described as a light red wine. A fresh, fruity wine with sweet cherry and blackberry notes in harmony with dark wood and red orange cedar aromas.

Pair this wine with a beautiful piece of game meat accompanied by a nice sauce for an optimal combination.
