Sopho’s winery Khikhvi-Rkatsiteli

Fruity dry white wine made from 50% Khikhvi and 50% Rkatsiteli grapes. Pleasantly drinkable fresh wine with aromas of cherry pit and menthol. Shows of blossom and quince with a pleasant acid balance.

The wine is happy to be accompanied with a nice piece of white fish or a fresh salad.
