This wine combines 85% Treixadura and 15% Torrontés. The grapes come from 45-year-old vineyards in the Miño Valley, in Puga, in the heart of the Ribeiro region. The vineyards grow on sandy soils at an altitude ranging from 50 meters to 200 meters above sea level.
A mineral nose, with notes of stone, nectarine, lime, and green apple, with a touch of blossom. Clean and bright yellow color with green hues.
This wine is ideal to drink on its own or to pair with fish, shellfish, Asian cuisine, pasta, or risotto.
