The Peradze Saperavi is made from the fantastic saperavi grape of the same name. It’s a dry red wine that has been produced using traditional vinification and has been in oak barrels for 9 months. The vines of the Peradze vineyard are located at 800 meters above sea level in the village of Kashmi, in the Kakheti region (the wine-lover of Georgia). The ancient Georgian village of Khashmi is famous for its Saperavi wines.
