General Information
Langmeil Spring Fever Chardonnay is a lively, modern white wine from the Barossa Valley in South Australia. The wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, sourced from carefully selected parcels.
To preserve the pure expression of the fruit, the wine is fully fermented in stainless steel tanks, without any oak aging. This keeps the character of the grape fresh, aromatic, and light-footed – just as a modern Chardonnay is meant to be.
Tasting Profile of Langmeil Spring Fever Chardonnay
The wine has a clear, straw-yellow color. On the nose, you find fresh aromas of melon, citrus, nectarine, and tropical fruit.
The taste is fruity, juicy, and lively, with notes of stone fruits, citrus zest, and a light mineral undertone. The structure is round but kept crisp by fine acidity. The finish is clean and thirst-quenching.
