Labara Tsolikouri

Labara Tsolikouri is a pure, dry white wine from Imereti, made from the indigenous grape variety Tsolikouri. This variety has been cultivated for centuries in the hilly regions of Western Georgia and is known for its fine acidity, round body, and mineral notes.
The wine is fermented in the traditional way – without skin contact – in stainless steel or neutral vessels, which helps preserve the fruity and fresh character of Tsolikouri. Labara, a small-scale and artisanal winery, works with great attention to terroir expression and grape purity.
Tasting Profile of Labara Tsolikouri
The wine is pale yellow with a green hint. On the nose, you can discover white peach, citrus zest, chamomile, and a touch of almond.
The taste is dry, lightly spicy, and elegant, with soft acidity, a fine structure, and a subtle mineral edge in the finish. The wine is refined, not heavy, but certainly with character.
