On the Salento Peninsula, there are vineyards with perfect sun exposure and a soil of red earth and clay. Here, the Negroamaro grape variety is cultivated with care. The grapes are gently pressed to obtain precious juice and undergo fermentation at low temperatures. Subsequently, the 100% Negroamaro wine matures on the lees in stainless steel tanks.
This rosé wine has a clear, light color. The fruity bouquet releases delightful aromas of cherries, strawberries, and roses. On the palate, the wine is fresh and well-balanced, with a pleasant acidity.
This wine pairs excellently with savory fish dishes, soup, young cheese, and vegetable tart.
