This beautiful red wine is made from 100% Negroamaro grapes. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Fine-tuning in used American and French oak barrels for 4-5 months.
The I Muri Negroamaro Vigneti del Salento is ruby red in color with purple hues. On the nose, intense aromas of dark fruit emerge with notes of blackberries and spices. This wine has a medium body, is velvety soft, and very tasty. On the palate, again, notes of blackberries, blackcurrants, and a fine spiciness. A good balance between freshness and a warm, long finish.
This wine pairs well with pasta, meat, and cheeses.
