General Information
The Fantini Edizione Bianco Cinque Autoctoni is a unique white wine from Italy, made from five indigenous grape varieties: Pecorino, Cococciola, Falanghina, Fiano, and Greco. The grapes are carefully selected from different terroirs in the regions of Abruzzo and Puglia, ensuring a perfect balance between freshness and richness. After gentle pressing, the grapes undergo controlled fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve optimal freshness and aromatic expression. A portion of the wine is aged briefly on the fine lees for added structure and depth.
