This beautiful Ethno Khikvi-Kakhuri Mtsvane was made through co-fermentation of two indigenous grape varieties with the same names: Khikvi and Kakhuri Mtsvane.
The wine has a deep, straw-yellow color. A complex nose with remarkable mineral notes and spiciness, followed by ripe green apple and pear with a hint of quince.
This is a wine with a medium to full body, texture, and character. Medium+ acidity and high minerality add a refreshing atmosphere to the deep, round, velvety-soft structure, followed by a warm and memorable finish.
The wine pairs perfectly with seafood, fish, poultry, and hard cheeses.
Serving temperature: 14-16°C
The wine tastes even better after decanting/airing.
