This wine is made from Corvina and Rondinella grapes. The grapes are selectively harvested and then stored in small crates to dry for 3 to 4 months. This takes place in an environment where the wind can do its work, to prevent mold formation. Once the grapes are sufficiently dried, they are pressed, processed, and stored in stainless steel tanks. Finally, the wine ages for 4 years in large oak barrels.
An intense and pleasant wine with many notes of black fruit and blackberries, followed by the aroma of balsamic and spices.
This wine pairs perfectly with dishes with red meat, at the BBQ, or with aged, old cheeses.
