General Information
Cascina Fonda Brachetto Spumante is a refined sparkling wine from northwestern Italy, produced in the hills of Piedmont, in the heart of the Brachetto region. The wine is made from 100% Brachetto – an aromatic red grape variety known for its floral nose and lively red fruit profile.
This Spumante is made using the Charmat method, where the second fermentation takes place in a tank. This results in a sparkling wine with a fresh mousse, a naturally low alcohol content, and a light sweetness that beautifully supports its fruity character.
