This beautiful red wine is a blend of Primitivo and Merlot grapes. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. It is aged in used American and French oak barrels for 6-8 months.
The wine has an intense ruby red color. On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruit such as cherries and berries with hints of cinnamon. A full body with rich velvety tannins, and a persistent finish.
This wine is delicious with pasta dishes, red meats, game, and cheeses.
