General Information
Wine People Amber Blend Kakheti is a versatile amber wine from qvevri, made from native Georgian grape varieties Kisi, Khikhvi, and Mtsvane. This dry wine is handcrafted by Tezo Sherazadishvili, a young winemaker from Kakheti who, at the age of 28, already has six years of experience with natural vinification. The grapes are fermented with the skins in traditional qvevris (underground clay vessels), which provides structure, spiciness, and aromatic depth.
Tasting Profile of Wine People Amber Blend Kakheti
The wine has a dark yellow color with a slight amber tint. On the nose, you can recognize aromas of dried herbs, peach, apricot, and orange peel. The taste is soft and layered: ripe stone fruit, fine bitterness, floral accents, and soft tannins. The finish is dry, spicy, and balanced. The mouthfeel is round, lightly gripping, and elegant, thanks to the natural skin maceration.
