The wine is produced by the renowned Vazisubani Estate, which combines tradition with modern precision. This Collection line emphasizes quality and selective vinification. The wine is vinified in the traditional way and matures in oak, providing extra depth and complexity.
Tasting Profile of Vazisubani Estate Collection Mukuzani
The wine has a deep, ruby red color. On the nose, you can recognize black cherry, blackberry, plum, and spicy notes of cedar, pepper, and laurel.
On the palate, the wine is dry, full-bodied, and powerful, with firm but ripe tannins, fresh acidity, and a long, spicy finish. The oak aging adds structure and elegance without overshadowing the fruit.
