Tavankari Kisi is a dry white wine from Georgia, made from 100% Kisi, a native grape variety from the Kakheti region. This wine is vinified using classic stainless steel fermentation, without qvevri, to preserve freshness and varietal purity. Crafted by winemaker Lasha Buadze, Tavankari focuses on natural, low-intervention wines with a clean, modern profile that highlights the true nature of the grape.

The wine has a bright straw-yellow color and a fresh, fruit-driven character. Aromas include yellow apple, apricot, orange zest, citrus and herbal notes. On the palate, it is dry, smooth and medium-bodied, with balanced acidity and a round finish. There’s also a subtle touch of plum and stone fruit, giving it an extra layer of complexity.
