General Information
Sutil Grand Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a powerful red wine from the Colchagua Valley in Chile, produced by the renowned house Sutil Family Wines. In this excellent terroir, the grapes benefit from warm days, cool nights, and ideal ripening conditions, resulting in ripe tannins and concentrated aromas.
The wine is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and matures for 12 months in French oak barrels, some of which are new, to develop extra complexity, structure, and aromatic finesse. Sutil Grand Reserve combines modern winemaking techniques with traditional elegance, resulting in an impressive Cabernet with a pronounced character.
Taste Profile
The wine has a deep ruby color.
– Nose: aromas of blackberries, plums, tobacco, cedarwood, and a hint of graphite
– Taste: full and powerful, with ripe black fruit, firm but polished tannins, and a good balance between fruit, wood, and acidity
– Finish: long and firm, with notes of dark chocolate and spices

– Stews with spicy sauces
– Aged hard cheeses such as Manchego or Cheddar
Serve at 16–18°C. Decanting is recommended to allow the wine to fully open up.
