Royal Khvanchkara Aleksandrouli is a soft, semi-sweet red wine from the mountainous Racha, in northwestern Georgia. The wine is made from 100% Aleksandrouli, an indigenous grape variety that is normally blended with Mujuretuli in the famous Khvanchkara wine.
At Royal Khvanchkara, Aleksandrouli is given its own spotlight in an elegant, lightly sweet style. The wine is low in alcohol, high in aroma, and combines juicy red fruit with a floral undertone. Perfect as an accessible dessert wine, or lightly chilled as an aperitif.

The wine is clear ruby red in color. In the aroma, you find raspberry, ripe cherry, violets, and a hint of rose leaf.
On the palate, the wine is lightly sweet, smooth, and elegant, with soft acidity, mild tannins, and a floral freshness. The balance between fruit, sweetness, and acidity makes this wine particularly drinkable and pleasant.
