General Information
Poliziano Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG is a classic, elegant red wine from the heart of Tuscany. This Chianti comes from the subregion Colli Senesi, which is known for wines with a riper and softer character than the central Chianti Classico.
The wine is mainly made from Sangiovese, supplemented with small amounts of local varieties. Poliziano, located near Montepulciano, is known for their careful vineyard management and vinification with respect for tradition. The wine ferments in stainless steel and then matures in large casks and partly in concrete tanks, preserving the pure fruit expression.

Fun Fact
The Colli Senesi is the largest subzone of the Chianti DOCG and includes areas around Siena and Montepulciano. Thanks to the warmer climate, these wines often deliver softer, more accessible styles of Sangiovese than in the Chianti Classico zones, with a delightfully fresh-fruit charm.
