Through intensive contact with the winegrowers, the Oude Kaap winemakers determine which plots are best suited, as well as a very strict selection of the grapes and the barrels chosen for the wines in the Oude Kaap series. Oude Kaap is part of DGB/Douglas Green Bellingham, one of South Africa’s largest independent producers and distributors of wine.

100% Sauvignon Blanc

The Oude Kaap Sauvignon Blanc Reserve is pale straw yellow in color with some greenish hues. On the nose, there is a light hint of pineapple, green pepper, and a certain mineral note. This Sauvignon Blanc is fresh in taste, with an initial crispness followed by fresh tropical fruit, and certainly notes of citrus can be recognized.

Delicious in combination with meal salads, shellfish, goat cheese, or Asian dishes.
