General Information
Moersleutel White is a fresh, contemporary white beer with 5% alcohol, brewed in Alkmaar by the creatively technical brewers of Moersleutel. Although it remains faithful to the Belgian white beer tradition – with soft wheat, Belgian yeast, and citrus – Moersleutel gives the beer a modern twist by using Nelson Sauvin hops. This aromatic hop variety adds subtle white wine aromas to the classic profile.
This is a thirst-quenching beer with unexpected finesse, ideal for summer days and fresh pairings.
Tasting Profile of Moersleutel White
The beer is light yellow and cloudy, with a fine foam head. On the nose, you discover citrus, orange peel, and a characteristic white wine-like aroma from the Nelson Sauvin hop.
In the palate, soft wheat, light malts, and subtle spiciness come together. The mouthfeel is soft and creamy, with a crisp freshness. The finish is refreshing, dry, and inviting.
