Le Volte is a bright red wine with purple highlights. The intense aromas are characterized by lively red fruit, such as cherries but also jam, accompanied by a light spiciness. A beautifully balanced wine, where soft tannins come together with refreshing acidity. Juicy on the palate, elegant with a certain firmness, and very seductive. Antipasti, pasta, and meats such as duck, goat, or lamb with sage make a lovely pairing with this warm wine.
