Labara Ojaleshi Qvevri

Kolkheti, the home base of the Labara winery, is a beautiful land in Western Georgia, with a mixed climate of the Black Sea and the Caucasus Mountains, with more than 200 varieties of Georgian grapes.
The Labara winery is located in Vartsikhe, in the Imereti region, with 12 hectares of vineyards and a wine cellar designed to produce good wine using traditional Georgian Qvevri and classical methods.
In 2017, two Georgians left their busy careers in the US and returned to the birthplace of wine to introduce top-quality Georgian wine to the rest of the world.
Labara is an ancient Kolketian word meaning sunny area. They make wine with the sun and the soul in every bottle!
This not too heavy, fruity wine is characterized by aromas of Raspberry, Cherry, and Blackcurrant.
The wine pairs beautifully with game meat or poultry.
