The wine is made from 100% Rkatsiteli, one of the oldest and most widely planted white grape varieties in the country. Winemaker Temuri Dakishvili, known for his precision and craftsmanship, opts for modern vinification in stainless steel, without qvevri. The result is a pure, fresh wine in which the character of the grape is central.
