This beautiful wine is made from Trebbiano di Lugana grapes. The vineyards are located on a limestone-clay soil. Therefore, there is a high concentration of limestone, with a large amount of rocks and stones, which makes the soil extremely suitable for the production of high-quality white wines. The fermentation lasts about 20 days in steel tanks. The wine matures for approximately 5 months in stainless steel tanks, followed by a bottle aging period.
The color of this Lugana is straw yellow with greenish hues and gradually turns gold as the wine ages. This wine has an intense bouquet with hints of fresh herbs, flowers, and fruit. This Lugana has a full body, with a balanced, fresh finish.
Delicious when paired with pasta, risotto, soups, shellfish, white meat, and aged cheeses.
