The wine has a light golden color with greenish reflections and is characterized by a soft and harmonious taste of tropical fruit, quince, apricot, and meadow flowers with a hint of mint in the background. The natural sweetness is seamlessly balanced by fresh acidity, with hints of grapefruit in a long-lasting finish. Best enjoyed at 8 – 10°C. The wine pairs perfectly with salads, fish, many types of cheese, and baked goods.
