This beer offers an innovative interpretation of the classic Belgian tripel, with a creative twist that stimulates the senses. By using chamomile, grains of paradise, lemon peel, and breakfast cereals, it creates a balanced and layered beer that is both recognizable and surprising.

Tasting Profile of 100 Watt – Non de Jus
This golden-colored tripel opens with floral aromas of chamomile and a spicy hint of grains of paradise. The addition of lemon peel provides a fresh, citrusy note that refreshes the overall flavor. The body is soft and lightly creamy, thanks to the use of breakfast flakes, which contribute a subtle texture.
The finish is dry, thanks to a special yeast strain, and provides a refined balance between fresh, floral, and lightly spicy notes.
