General Information
The Tsolikouri White Dry from Winery Zodi is crafted in the village of Chikha in Upper Imereti. This wine follows the traditional Imeretian qvevri method, using 5–10% skin contact over a period of two to two and a half months.
Unfiltered and region-driven, it reflects the clean, bright personality that Tsolikouri is known for. The grape thrives in Imereti, producing wines with natural acidity and refined aromatic precision.
Flavor Profile
The wine opens with a pale yellow to light-gold hue. Aromas of pear, white fruit and gentle tropical hints rise first, followed by a subtle citrus lift.
The palate is fresh, structured and elegant, with vibrant acidity and a well-defined mineral thread. Its finish is clean, citrus-tinged and refreshing.
