General Information
Winery Zodi’s Kvishkhuri White Dry is a rare and expressive wine from the highlands of Upper Imereti. It is made from 100% Kvishkhuri, an indigenous Georgian grape cultivated exclusively in the family vineyard in the village of Chikha.
Following the traditional Imeretian qvevri technique, the wine undergoes 5–10% skin contact for two to two and a half months. Bottled unfiltered, it reflects the grape’s natural purity and the authentic character of the region.
Flavor Profile
The wine shows a soft light-gold color. Aromas of ripe stone fruits and wildflowers rise from the glass, complemented by a delicate touch of apricot.
On the palate it is elegant and layered, offering bright fruit, floral nuances and a gentle minerality. The limited skin contact adds structure while keeping the texture clean and refined. Its finish is dry, fresh and beautifully balanced.
