General Information
Wine People Rosé Blend Bolnisi is a fresh and harmonious dry rosé wine, made from the native Georgian grape varieties Asuretuli Shala and Tavkveri. The grapes come from the historic wine region of Bolnisi in South Georgia. The wine is vinified using the classic method, without skin maceration or qvevri. Winemaker Ioseb Mukhigulashvili, an economist by profession, made his first wine at the age of 16. Since 2018, he has been producing natural, small-scale wines in his own cellar, from restored family vineyards.
