General Information
The Stellenrust Barrelfermented Chenin Blanc is a prime example of pure craftsmanship from the heart of the Stellenbosch region in South Africa. This white wine is made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes, which are handled with the utmost care. Although slightly higher temperatures were observed during the harvest, the time the grapes spend on the vines remains virtually unchanged compared to previous years. After pressing, the juice is stored in special barrels to undergo natural fermentation. Stellenrust combines modern vinification techniques with traditional methods, while emphasizing the terroir and sustainable vineyard practices.
