General Information
Niepoort Tawny Port is a traditionally aged port from the Douro Valley, Portugal. This Tawny is made from grapes sourced from vines averaging 30 years old, including Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional, and Sousão. After vinification of partly dried grapes, the wine undergoes a long aging process in wooden barrels, which gives it the characteristic oxidative profile and amber color.

The aroma is dominated by dried fruits such as fig, raisin, and currant, complemented by notes of caramel, roasted nuts, and a slight smokiness. The taste is elegant and perfectly balanced.
